Upon submission of this request, you grant FSJ Holdings LLC permission to facilitate a comprehensive background screening for all prospective tenants. This assessment may incorporate CORI verifications and an examination of official judicial records where permitted. To ensure the highest level of data security, financial credit appraisals are managed exclusively by an independent organization. FSJ Holdings LLC does not retain social security information at any time. All generated records are archived by said third-party provider for a duration of twelve months following your submission. A binding tenancy is only created upon the complete execution of a lease agreement, as this form constitutes a preliminary inquiry and not a contractual obligation.
